On a sunny World Mental Health Day this year on October 10th we took time out of our schedules for a couple of hours to take part in our own T2TWB Well-being 10K Walk & Talk.
We took the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful West Berkshire countryside and enjoy each other’s company making new connections and discussing our own permental wellbeing strategies. It is so important to take the time to connect to the world around us and each other.
