Online Support Platform for Young People & Parents
For Young People 11-25yrs
We are able to offer an online self-help platform offering different programmes to suit your interest and needs.
The platform uses CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy); with pages and tools you can complete in your own time and own pace.
It can help you manage life’s struggles with tools and skills to break unhelpful patterns.
Your own supporter! When you sign up, you will have your own real – life supporter, offering weekly online check-ins filled with encouragement, motivation and recommendations.
Online Programme for Parents
Want to help support your child? The parent programmes give you the tools to stop and reflect. They provide you with ideas and strategies to help your child.
This programme gives you time to stop and reflect.
Provides you with ideas and strategies to help your child.
Gain insight on how best to respond effectively as a parent and help your child to break negative cycles.
The programme offers you an online mentor to help guide you through the programme.
To access our service you must
- be between 11-25 years old or a parent/carer
- AND
- work, live, go to school or be registered at a GP in West Berkshire.
We are not an emergency service, if your need is urgent you can
- Contact your GP or Visit A&E
- Text ‘Shout’ to 85258 – they will get back to you via text
- Call the Samaritans free on 116 123.
